- There is a no refund policy within 14 days of your event created by Ms. Tine Eatery.
- Ms. Tine Eatery will not discount or reduce invoice prices if the actual headcount is less than the final headcount after paying for your services in full.
- A deposit of 50% is required to book and secure services with Ms. Tine Eatery (no later than 45 days before your event). The 50% deposit will be applied to the total invoice. Bookings with Ms. Tine Eatery is not complete without a deposit payment. The remainder of your invoice will be billed 21 days before your required services with Ms. Tine Eatery.
- All final prices are based on the current market. Prices are subject to change before booking is secured with Ms. Tine Eatery. Prices will remain unchanged if a signed invoice is in place and a deposit is made to Ms. Tine Eatery.
- After final payment has been made to Ms. Tine Eatery, all additional charges (i.e., additional headcount and additional equipment) will be charged immediately and will be subject to an additional rush fee on top of the set prices for the additional items. Immediate receipt of payment to Ms. Tine Eatery is mandatory.
- All Ms. Tine Eatery customers will be charged and responsible for all applicable state and local taxes.
- All delivery fees will be outlined in the final invoice from Ms. Tine Eatery.
- Last-minute bookings to Ms. Tine Eatery are subject to an extra fee. (Within 30 days of an event).
- For all private chef experiences by Ms. Tine Eatery, ensure your kitchen and serving area are cleaned prior to our arrival.
- Please note, food safety is 100% important to Ms. Tine Eatery. Please inform us of any allergies during the preparation process of your booking. Ms. Tine Eatery is not responsible of any allergic issues or accidents that happen at the events if they were not previously informed to us.
- We are responsible for any loss of, or damages caused solely by the negligence or misconduct of Ms. Tine Eatery staff up to $250. Ms. Tine Eatery is not responsible for an any loss of, or damages that is not caused by our staff.
- During all Ms. Tine Eatery events, we are only responsible for items provided by us.
- During all Ms. Tine Eatery events, we are only responsible for services agreed upon during the booking process.
- It is understood that the customer will conduct their event in full compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations.
- Ms. Tine Eatery assumes no responsibility if the customers' facility is unwilling or unable to have the event take place on the event date. Ms. Tine Eatery reserves the right to possibly work with the customer if the date or time of event needs to change. Ms. Tine Eatery also reserves the right not to accommodate any changes to the event date or time.
- Any equipment rented to our customers must be returned in the same state that Ms. Tine Eatery rented it out. If the equipment is returned damaged or parts missing, the customer will be charged immediately. Immediate receipt of payment to Ms. Tine Eatery is mandatory.
- If Ms. Tine Eatery services exceed allotted duration; additional cost is subject to accrue. Immediate receipt of payment to Ms. Tine Eatery is mandatory.
